Miguel Jontel Pimentel, who performs under the simple name Miguel, is one of the most important artists in the RnB scene. The Grammy Award-winning singer incorporates various musical styles into his songs, including RnB, funk, hip hop, rock and electronica, earning him comparisons to the likes of Prince and Babyface. Part of his appeal is that Miguel's music preaches more modesty, humility and spirituality than some of his peers.
